Andrew Kruse-Ross is a writer and editor living in Green Bay, Wis. He is the former editor of Scene Newspaper and The Chilton Times-Journal. In 2015, he co-founded the monthly arts and entertainment publication Frankly Green Bay with Frank R. Hermans. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint.
